About Me
Hi, I’m Sophie, I hold a Level 3 Dog Grooming Certificate and am dog first-aid trained. I have gained experience with a variety of breeds and coat types from working in other salons. I’m friendly, chatty, and love working with dogs of all sizes, from tiny pups to the biggest gentle giants. I also have two dogs of my own. My goal is to build a happy and trusting relationship with both my clients and their dogs. I love seeing dogs willingly walk into the salon, knowing it’s a safe, positive, and enjoyable place for them.

Our Dog Grooming Services
At Clip and Dip Norwich, we offer a range of grooming services tailored to meet the needs of your dog and breed.
Bath and Brush
This includes visual health check, ear clean, hygiene trim, nail trim & file, a relaxing bath with massage, blow dried to breed standard, brush out and de-shed with a light spritz of cologne.
Bath and Tidy
This includes a visual health Check, ear clean, hygiene trim, nail trim & file, a relaxing bath with massage, blow dried to breed standard, brush out and de-shed, a tidy-up around the paws, scissor tidy there furnishings to your desire. This will leave your dog looking neat and fresh, with a light spritz of Cologne.
Full Groom
This includes a visual health Check, ear clean, hygiene trim, nail trim & file, a relaxing bath with a massage, blow dried to breed standard, brush out, style to requirements and a spritz of Cologne.
Puppy Groom
Puppies benefit from a calm, gradual introduction to grooming to help prevent fear in future appointments as they grow. This treatment is only given to a puppy younger than 7 months.
This includes a visual health check, ear clean, hygiene trim, nail trim & file bath with massage, dried to breed standard, a brush out, a paw tidy and clearing of the eyes. finished with a light spritz of pet-safe cologne.
Manual Teeth Cleaning
This service requires an initial assessment of your dog’s teeth, which will be graded to determine whether they are suitable for treatment. It begins with a gentle brush using Emmi-Pet toothpaste, followed by the careful removal of plaque using a specially designed, pet-safe scraper.
Nail Trim
This is for all breeds and includes a file.
Extras
- Mud bath treatment that hydrates the coat, removes dead hair, and reduces shedding, leaving your pooch’s coat shiny and soft.
- Paw and nose balm – this is a gentle, nourishing treatment to hydrate and protect dry cracked paws and noses, leaving them soft and comfortable.
- Facial -A soothing facial cleanse designed to gently clean the face, reduce tear staining, and refresh the eyes and muzzle using pet-safe products.
- Conditioning mask – a deep conditioning treatment designed to hydrate, nourish, and restore the coat, leaving it soft, shiny, and easy to manage.

Cancellation Fees
48 hours’ notice – 50% of the groom price
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of the groom price
This cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
